How do I setup my email account in Outlook? 

Select Tools>E-mail Accounts...

Select Add a new e-mail account and Next>

Select POP3 and Next>

POP3 Settings

User Information 

Enter your full name as your would like it to appear
Enter your full e-mail address

Server Information

Set your Incoming mail server (POP3) to mail.<domain>.com (enter your domain)
Set your Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to mail.<domain>.com (enter your domain) 

Logon Information 

Enter your FULL e-mail address as your User Name
Enter your Password (if you have trouble remembering, contact your Capstone representative)

Now select More Settings... 

In the new popup Internet E-mail Settings window:

First: Fill in your first and last name in the General tab

Next: Select the 2nd tab labeled: Outgoing Server

Check the box labeled "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication (This is an extra step Capstone takes to protect your e-mail security)
Make sure the radio button is selected labeled "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"

Select OK 

On the previous window E-mail Accounts we can now Test Account Settings...

5 Account Settings will be tested

If all 5 test pass with green arrows your account has been setup properly!
Otherwise move on to the next step or contact your Capstone representative

FOR SBC CUSTOMERS

You will need to open the More Settings... if the Test Account Settings... has failed.

Select the 4th tab labeled: Advanced

Change the Outgoing server (SMTP) from 25 to 26

Select OK
